To our faithful partners in the gospel,

    We so much appreciate the Lord and His provision for the last 3 ½ years that He has blessed us together with other believers from different communities in our area at the Garden of Eden in Mount Vernon, WA. We have been able to continue and increase our support of the mission work that we are part of in different countries and through the teaching of the five-fold ministry that God appointed to lead the church after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the persecution from religion and government in their own communities, He has revealed to believers living in different communities throughout our area, the need for them to represent Christ to those in the community He has positioned them in.

    We are grateful for having had the opportunity to live on this property and to have the Garden available to us and for the relationships we have been given because of it. It has also given those in our sphere of influence 3 ½ years to make their decision and use that opportunity to make their own choice and everyone has. Jesus gave those that followed Him that same opportunity, responsibility and choice and He is not angry because they choose to stay with the religion that they trust and neither is He now. Many are called and few are chosen. We know this 3 ½ years was also given to us, to examine the cost that would be required to “deny ourselves and pick up our cross daily and follow Him.” We know that the letters that Paul and Jesus wrote were not written to a pastor, denomination or program, but to a community where, during the persecution believers met together in the homes of believers that God appointed for the purpose of showing the unconditional love of the Father through Jesus Christ to everyone.

   We had our last Sunday afternoon fellowship (Salt & Light) at 3pm, October 26^th at the Garden of Eden, 14799 Avon Allen Rd, Mount Vernon and are now continuing that fellowship at 3pm on Sundays through the grace and invitation of the New Life at the Well at 123 Evergreen off Riverside Drive in Mount Vernon.

    Please come and visit with us on any Sunday at 3pm. One of the limitations of serving God’s people from a set location and property is the time it robs us of really walking the journey of faith in closer relationship with those that we serve. We already feel much closer to everyone that has visited or attended for any period of time and are anticipating a renewed and refreshed spirit of unity being given to everyone.     

    Linda, Ronaldo, who coordinates the Harvest Kids ministry and I will be living and ministering to different communities from the home of Mike and Pam Westberg, 7777 Russell Road in Birdsview. WA.

   During November, we will continue having the Harvest Kids meeting the 2^nd and 4^th Saturday of each month at the Garden of Eden. After that, the Harvest Kids will be meeting on different days and times in one form or another to help the families and children in each community. We will communicate these as the locations are verified. The Holy Spirit will teach those that God has appointed to serve Him in that capacity.

   Many thanks to each of you who pray and provide the financial resources needed to reach the broken-hearted and crushed in spirit in our local communities and around the world. Harvest Vision Ministries will continue to serve financially to continue and expand the mission work and provide support to the church families as they grow and share with each other. We operate totally on a volunteer basis and no one receives any compensation for the labor that is required to over-see the ministry. All monies go to our co-laborers that are actively reaching the lost and teaching new believers to be true disciples in the various harvest fields He has called us to.

We will be available to prepare and equip each one for the work that God has prepared in advance for them to do through the God appointed leadership He has entrusted to us in the New Testament. Please be patient with us as we will be working to revise our website and brochures to ensure they reflect our vision moving forward.

    So….after persecution began (Acts 8:1-4), everyone except the apostles were scattered throughout the communities. And those that were scattered preached the Word wherever they went.

  So this “letter” is written to the church of Sedro Woolley, Lyman, Mount Vernon, Burlington, Clear Lake, Hamilton, Birdsview, Concrete, Marysville, Moses Lake and each community with the understanding that the “Church” is God’s gift to specific communities where He has placed His children to serve and love those that God also placed in that particular community.
