It was a blast at Harvest Kids on May 10th, starting off with crushing cans for Comfort Africa and orphaned kids in need. A sister in Christ felt called by God to double the amount we get in aluminum cans recycled every time we recycle aluminum cans. Double portion. The Harvest kids read the rules, and we watched a video of our recent trip to Africa and Titus the Harvest Vision East Uganda coordinator sent the Harvest Kids gratitude of the equipment they helped get for expanding the gospel to the streets of Africa. The Harvest Kids counted $457 for the Nalidi boy’s dormitory. They are $363 away from getting the whole boys dormitory remodeled. Much thanks to Barefoot Farms and all who donate to help less fortunate orphaned kids and families in need. They drum rolled as one of the Harvest Kids filled in the thermometer. The Harvest Kids then danced and praised the Lord. The word up for the day was “God Comforts”. The memorization verse was Isiah 66:13. The Harvest Kids also made Mother’s Day cards. Two of the Harvest Kids prayed for the food that Mama Linda prepared for us also playing the M&M game sharing our feelings depending on the M&M color. We then all played inside games and then did some outside activities as well. After the Harvest Kids were done goofing off, we rounded them up and were blessed to be able to have a brother in Christ share his property to expand the ministry. Having the kids put their handprints on the wall representing Harvest Kids helping less fortunate children in Africa and including the start of Harvest Kid’s. Harvest Kids Saturday May 24th. We started off crushing cans. We then colored and read some scripture. One of the scriptures was Matthew 20:29-34. The word-up was “Have faith”. The Harvest Kids cleaned up all the coloring supplies so we could dance and praise the Lord. After we memorized Hebrews 13:6 by playing silly voice to memorize it. The Harvest Kids were delighted to play. We then counted money for the boys dormitory in Nalidi. Which they are currently at $721 the Harvest Kids are so close $99 more to go. Thank you for all our faithful co-laborers in Africa, Mexico and all over the world. May God be with you.
