Blessing time at Harvest kids being able to crush aluminum cans to help meet the needs of vulnerable children in central Africa. Broken hearted families and orphaned kids. The Harvest Kids counted money and they got $254 dollars for the Busolwe children’s church in eastern Uganda, Africa. On top of what they already had which was $182 dollars so in total they had $436 dollars for the goal. So praise the Lord for being able to get a few bucks closer. We read the Harvest Kids rules and danced praising the Lord letting his name be Glorified. We then played the M&M game sharing emotions depending on the color the Harvest Kids chose. Yes even the parents get to share their emotions. It’s important that we don’t just keep emotions or feelings bottled up in us. It burdens a person to the point of… we can only imagine. The Harvest Kids did a fantastic job at memorizing the Scripture “For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance.”(Matthew 25:29). It’s vital that we diligently use the gifts, resources, opportunities God has given us. Stewardship is an important principle we should teach the young ones. Mama Linda then prepared some food for the kiddos and adults like always. Kudos to you. One of the Harvest kids prayed for the food. They broke bread together. Also after eating, the kids played the water relay race. The girls beat the boys fair and square. It was a blessing at Harvest Kids. We will soon not be at the Garden of Eden. Because the Lords will is for us to be more mobile around the valley. We will continue Harvest Kids and supporting the kids in Africa. Don’t be discouraged we won’t let the enemy stop God’s plan for His ministry. We will have more information when the time comes. But for now Harvest Kids will continue at Garden of Eden. Don’t be shy come join us. 14799 Avon Allen rd, Mount Vernon. From 11am-1:30pm. It’s every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Don't forget to bring your empty aluminum cans. Another mans trash is another mans treasure.
