Blessed day today at Harvest Kids we started by crushing aluminum cans. All aluminum cans that get recycled, all the money from them goes to comfort Africa to help the needs of vulnerable families and orphaned kids. We then counted money, $364 dollars that the Harvest Kids counted. Enough for 13 more mattresses, for Africa, Nelidi Uganda orphan/school. We have all the double beds and are now working on the mattresses. The Harvest Kids drum rolled after putting the little human figures on the mattresses. The Harvest Kids danced after counting money. We had a wonderful time moving around banging tambourines, waving flags and dancing. The Harvest Kids were still not out of energy, so we played a memorization game while mama Linda was preparing lunch. The Harvest Kids memorized the first 6 books in the Bible. One of the Harvest Kids prayed for the food. We ate and played the M&M game where each M&M has a feeling you get to share. The word up was Yeshua gives Hope!! We then had a lesson on 2 Corinthians 6:3-10

1 Corinthians 12:12-20; 25-25. We had a good time reading the word of God. Sharing the struggles we as humans have. But despite struggle we are one body in Christ. Every one of us have a purpose which God has called us to do. Come and join us we have Harvest Kids every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. From 11am-1pm. 14799 Avon Allen Rd. Mount Vernon. Don’t forget your empty aluminum cans.
