The World – Spiritual warfare, August 17, 2025

   “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.” (Ephesians 6:10-18)

    Regardless of religion or no religion, Satan will spend eternity apart from God and his only purpose is to keep God’s people, that are separated from Him because of sin, from ever being restored to His created purpose of having the gift of eternal life with Him.

  “For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.” (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

    The evidence of Satan’s purpose to “steal, kill and destroy” can be quickly diagnosed by searching the fundamental purpose of every government, every group and every individual and the standards by which they choose to live by. Do they align themselves with what God’s purpose is for us – that we spend eternity in the loving arms of our true Father in the new heaven and earth - or have all or some been rejected or modified by ‘adding to or taking away from’ for our own comfort or convenience. 

     In the beginning

1.     God created heaven and earth.

2.     God exist as the Trinity (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit).

3.     God created heaven and earth in six days.

4.     God appointed Satan as the “prince of the world”.

5.     God created us in His image and likeness.

6.     God created us to rule over all the earth.

7.     God created us to do work prepared in advance & take care of the garden He has planted for us.

8.     God created us male and female.

9.     God created a man to be intimate with one woman.

10. God created a man and a woman to be fruitful and increase in number.

    Jesus said, “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn ‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law – a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me; and anyone who does not take his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.” (Matthew 10:34-39)

   “For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world.” (John 3:16-17)
