Stop seeing your prayers as a monologue and start seeing them for what they truly are: a dialogue. Prayer is a conversation with God. God hears you when you pray, and He answers you when you ask questions. He wants to talk to you every day. If you will faithfully talk to God every day throughout the day, it will revolutionize your life.   You can't hear God until you know God, and there are three levels of knowing God: recognition, acquaintance, and friendship. You may be at the recognition level; you know God is there, but you don't really know Him. Or, you may be at the acquaintance level; you know God a little bit, but you don't know Him very well.   God wants you to live at the friendship level. He wants to be your friend, and He wants you to be His friend. God wants you to talk with Him all the time.   “Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and I have founded empires. But on what did we rest the creations of our genius? Upon force. Jesus Christ founded His empire upon love; and at this hour millions of men would die for Him.” Napoleon Bonaparte, Sainte.    “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)

True repentance is the currency that shifts the scales of justice in the courtrooms of heaven; Jesus did not say anything on the cross in His defense, and sin was overcome.

“Job? Does the one that created need permission from the creation?”

“Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regrets, but worldly sorrow brings death.” (2 Corinthians 7:10)

“He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you?

To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8)

“Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead I have called you friends, for everything I learned from My Father I have made know to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last.” (John 15:13-16)

“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” (Proverbs 17:17)
