American Christians are taught that they are forgiven of their sins and have assurance of their eternity in heaven with a promise of God’s blessing for their life.

Therefore – God is first.

Then they are taught that because God loves them and they love God that them and their family will be given everything they need or want and should be their second priority.

Therefore – Their own family is second.

Then they are taught to continue to fellowship with other American Christians that put God first and their own family second.

Therefore – Church is third.

Then they should follow the example of the one that teaches and shows them how to live by putting God first, their family second and continue to congregate and fellowship with others that put their own families first.

Therefore – Pastor is fourth.

The American Church is not being led by the leadership team that God ordained for the New Testament Church as the Holy Spirit taught us after Jesus ascended into heaven and left us under His teaching, Jesus promised the Father would send the Church the Holy Spirit that would teach us all things and remind us of everything that Jesus had said to the believers.

We are not Christians in America, we have become American Christians. To the world and ourselves we represent being Egypt, during their season of power and influence, and the Roman Empire, during their season of power and influence. Only minimal non-invasive sacrifices are required to insure those around us don’t see our self-centeredness.

The reality of the false shepherds as the only leaders of the church make it impossible for any American Christian to truly deny themselves, pick up their cross daily and follow Jesus. The conviction of the Holy Spirit is quenched by the delusion that we will never be asked to give up our “God-given rights and privileges as American citizens” for our “duties and responsibilities to God and His Word.”
