USA – Ruby USA citizenship, January 17, 2023

“Give everyone what you owe them; If respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.” (Ro 13:7)

“Seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” (Jer 29:7)

“Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.” (Pro 31:29-31)

What a blessing to be with Ruby Choto today as she was sworn in as a citizen of the United States of America. She has been such a champion in the years she has lived in the USA, obeying the laws and making sacrifices to raise her children and provide for them. Now, two of the three living with her are attending college. Everyone in the family is a citizen, and even though she has had to cope with dyslexia she has persevered and after giving all for everyone else, today she received the honor of all her efforts in this area of her journey. She has been a faithful friend and servant of the ministry and, even though she has pain from some of her health issues, she has sacrificed to help with the garage sales and especially with the Harvest Kids. She is humble, but not afraid to share her joy of the Lord when she dances and plays the tambourines in worship to the Lord.

We are better human beings, capable of more love and forgiveness for others, because of the part she has in the Body of Christ. We are sure that Jesus had her on His mind and not just Peter when He declared: “On this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell will not overcome it.” “Well done, good and faithful servant!
