We love the description of the New Testament church described in Acts 2:42-47.
“Everyone was filled with awe… broke bread together in each other’s homes…ate together with glad and sincere hearts…praising God…enjoying the favor of all the people…and the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Baptisms in the DRCongo, Salt and Light worship, harvesting produce at the Garden of Eden, 326 new believers accepting Jesus in Burundi in July, providing food and clothing for ministries in Curlew and Chewelah, two small rabbits for the new petting zoo at the Garden of Eden, garage sale through August to help the Harvest Kids finish building the new primary school in Africa, Child’s Evangelism 5-day club starting tomorrow and the 8th annual Harvest Fest at Riverfront Park in Sedro Woolley on August 15th.
Then we are off to Mexico and hopefully back in time to start harvesting the 4 fields of sweet corn a local farmer planted to help the Harvest Kids raise money for their ministry to orphaned and other vulnerable children in Africa.
Jesus said, “Do not put the new wine in the old wineskin”.
