Jesus said to the Father: “As You sent Me into the world, I have sent them into the world.”(John 17:18). “For the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost.” (Luke 19:10)“And the gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” (Matthew 24:14)
Many thanks to our co-laborers that are faithfully reaching out to those that are “brokenhearted and crushed in spirit” in their communities throughout central Africa. Whether the jungles of the DRCongo or the desert of South Sudan, many are responding to the gospel because
“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing and forceful men lay hold of it.” (Matthew 11:12)
We are encouraged to have received the testimony of 150 new believers that came to faith through the outreach to Kirinzi in the Bujumbura province in Burundi yesterday. Radio broadcasts are being sent out and new believers are making decisions to accept Jesus and they are being followed up by brave Christians that reach out to them. All of these areas are inundated with reactions to the virus that are causing more pain and deaths, than the virus itself. We are thankful to be able to support these workers prayerfully and financially and also in the harvest fields of Mexico and Central America. Even with our struggles, including financial, here in the United States, we are thankful for those that are prompted to support our co-laborers. A small donation is multiplied many times when it is placed in the Hands of the Master. We must continue to advance the gospel in all circumstances, whether on the mountain top or in the valley, because somewhere out there in the great unknown is the last person that will be making their decision, ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, and then the end of this world will be no more and those that have chosen Jesus will be with Him in the new heaven and the new earth. Those that choose to go it alone will not be forced to join with Him.
