We are thankful for our co-laborers in the Love Benti ministry from Taiwan.
Their mission to raise the standard of living in many of the locations that Harvest Vision has in Uganda, South Sudan and other countries has opened up the opportunity to share the good news of the gospel while partnering with Love Benti.
They just finished drilling 10 boreholes for communities around the small village of Mukono near Kampala, the capital of Uganda.
This is where Madilyn’s House was built for the girls that lived at the school and where the Harvest Kids that has been going on for the last 10 years was started.
They are now moving to Kaliro, a community about 95 miles from Uganda.
They will be drilling 15 boreholes in Kaliro and the surrounding communities.
Diarrheal disease is the third-leading cause of disease and death among
African children under the age of five,
a situation that public health authorities blame on the poor quality of water and sanitation.
Uganda alone has a population of 44 million; half are under 14 years of age.
