Statement of Faith

The gospel announces that God loved the world so profoundly that He gave His Son to die on the cross for lost sinners. Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sins. Christ’s resurrection makes ours possible. Whoever believes in Christ will not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). Jesus Christ is the only Savior, the one and only mediator between God and humanity, the only hope of the world.We believe that:

  1. The God of the Bible is the one and only God.

  2. The Bible is God’s written Word.

  3. Sin has broken our fellowship with God.

  4. God so loved the world that He gave His Son to die for lost and perishing sinners. (John 3:16)

  5. God the Holy Spirit regenerates and empowers believers to live the Christian life.

  6. By their union with Christ, the head of the universal Church, all believers are united to one another.

  7. The Church’s primary task in every generation is to proclaim the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
