USA – Repentance and changed priorities, March 8, 2023

When the hearts of Peter, Zacchaeus, the Samaritan at the well, Saul and anyone who is willing, humbles themselves to receive Jesus as Christ into their lives they experience a radical transformation in their priorities. The Webster’s definition of “repent” is: “To feel regret or remorse (for) and resolve to reform oneself morally”. The love of God becomes the new seed that invades and transforms our minds. “Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regrets, but worldly sorrow brings death.”

(2 Cor 7:10)

We are now beginning to see true signs of revival as each believer makes their decision of whether they are willing to pay the costs of denying oneself.

We have been blessed to help a young mother with her child who needed a place to stay. We are not boasting, it is simply God’s grace. Even as she was looking for a place to stay she reached out to a friend to asks for prayer and the friend said she had just been contacted by another mother with a child in the same situation. She said she had a rental and God had been speaking to her about how she could help these young mothers. So…….

This is the evidence of the true revival that the New Testament believers brought into the world.

“All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had.”

(Acts 4:32)
