We are blessed to be able to share with you some opportunities to stand with Pastor Martin, the director of Harvest Vision Africa, and our other co-laborers in central Africa.
Burundi
In Burundi, they have a team of 50 youth working to reach 20 communes in 8 provinces in July and August. In July, 1,114 have been saved. Please join in prayer for the August outreaches.
Kampala
Kennedy, in Kampala, is organizing home to home ministry in Kaliro district and the Kibuli fellowship in one of the ghettos of Kampala now has 18 home church families with 36 ministers. The radio ministry in Gulu in northern Uganda and Kampala is still reaching people.
Training in Arabic Countries
Martin is teaching 4 days a week on the internet to pastors and leaders in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Afghanistan, and other Arabian countries.
Kayunga building new churches
Pr. Charles in Kayunga, central Uganda, is in need of $1,250 to finish the iron sheets on their new church building. Pr. Martin and the church fellowship have now been led to start a new church family in the Iganga District. Iganga has the highest proportion of Muslims in any city in Uganda. The population is of the district 500,000. The church will be sending a team of 15 ministers to work and will primarily focus on building home church families since large meetings in the buildings are not being allowed. They have rented a property for one year. The budget for the total move is $5,500. This includes a structure, chairs, sound equipment, and food to support the leaders as they begin the outreach.
