CHILD CARE, EDUCATION & COMPASSION MINISTRIES IMPACT REPORT

1. Introduction

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Harvest Vision Ministries, and especially Harvest Vision Kids, for the generous support provided in 2019 toward the construction of the Fountains of Hope Orphanage School and Compassion Ministries facilities.

This report is prepared to share the progress, impact, and continued operation of the school and child care ministries to date, and to present current needs and opportunities for partnership in serving vulnerable children.

2. Background of the Project (2019 Support)

In 2019, Harvest Vision Kids faithfully partnered with Fountains of Hope to fund the construction of key infrastructure for:

• The Fountains of Hope Orphanage School, and

• The Compassion Ministries Child Care Program

The purpose of this initiative was to provide holistic care education, spiritual nurture, feeding, and protection for orphans and vulnerable children within our community.

3. Current Status of the School & Child Care Ministries

We are pleased to report that:

• The school is fully operational and running to date 

• Children are actively enrolled and attending classes

• The school serves orphans and vulnerable children from low-income and at-risk households

Compassion ministries continue to provide:

o Spiritual discipleship

o Child protection and guidance

o Emotional and moral support

o Basic care and counseling

The facilities constructed through Harvest Vision Kids’ support remain a foundation of hope and transformation for many children.

4. Impact Achieved So Far

Through the support received and ongoing ministry efforts, the following impact has been realized:

• Improved access to education for vulnerable children

• A safe learning environment that nurtures dignity and confidence

• Strengthened Christian values and spiritual growth among children

• Reduced vulnerability to child labor, neglect, and exploitation

• Increased community trust and participation in child care initiatives

Many children who would otherwise be out of school are now learning, growing, and dreaming again.

5. Ongoing Needs & Challenges

Despite the progress, the needs remain great. The number of vulnerable children continues to grow due to poverty, orphan hood, and family instability. Current challenges include:

• Limited resources for feeding and scholastic materials

• Inadequate space for spiritual fellowship and child-centered ministry activities

• Need for expanded child care and discipleship programs

• Insufficient facilities for gatherings, counseling, and children’s ministry events

6. Need for Support Through Harvest Vision Kids Activities

We humbly request continued partnership through Harvest Vision Kids activities, which could include:

• Child sponsorship initiatives

• School supplies and learning materials support

• Feeding programs for vulnerable children

• Support for children’s discipleship and outreach activities

• Engagement of children-to-children compassion programs

Such activities not only meet physical needs but also nurture compassion, generosity, and faith among children on both sides.

7. Proposed Project: Construction of a Child Care Fellowship Center

To strengthen holistic ministry to vulnerable children, we propose the construction of a Child Care Fellowship Center, which will serve as:

• A safe space for children’s worship and Bible teaching

• A center for counseling, trauma healing, and mentorship

• A venue for children’s fellowship, prayer, and life-skills training

• A hub for outreach programs for vulnerable children and families

This fellowship center will greatly enhance spiritual formation and emotional support for children under our care.

8. Conclusion & Appreciation

Once again, we sincerely thank Harvest Vision Ministries and Harvest Vision Kids for the faithful partnership that began in 2019 and continues to bear fruit today.

Your investment has transformed lives, restored hope, and created lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable children. We prayerfully look forward to continued collaboration as we expand child care, education, and spiritual fellowship for those most in need.
