USA – One Body is a unit, June 26, 2020

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

So, a widow in Curlew, is John’s neighbor, and he has continued to faithfully support her after the passing of her husband. She had a hospital bed that she donated to John. John contacted Harvest Vision in Sedro Woolley and our sister, Veronica, had a friend that lives in a trailer park in Burlington. She is wheelchair bound and has no bed.

After hearing that, our brother, Armando volunteered to make the trip and drive their truck. It was Amber and the boys first trip across the pass and we were blessed with the scenery and the inevitable snowball fight.

Great fellowship with John and he showed them the ministry property and Anthony got to pet a wild deer. The bed was loaded, and we arrived back in Birdsview 14 hours after we left.

After getting the bed sanitized and ensuring the be was operable, Veronica traveled with George to drop off the hospital bed.

“The Body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one Body. So it is with Christ. God has arranged the parts in the Body, every one of them, just as He wanted them to be. There should be no division in the Body; but its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the Body of Christ and each of you is a part of it.” (1 Corinthians 12: 12-27)
