Africa news, January 2017
In December, our coordinators had the sound equipment out in the field for 19 outreaches over a period of 72 days where 3,245 souls came to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior! Praise God for these faithful brothers and sisters! Please continue to pray for them as they risk their lives and continue to push through conditions and circumstances for this one vision. To seek and save that which is lost until the final person in this world receives Him before He returns to be with us for eternity. We are blessed to share that Pr. Isaac, our DRCongo coordinator in Uganda, has completed his back surgery in India and is recovering. Martin spoke with him and he is already able to stand and take a few steps. Pr John Light, our South Sudan coordinator, is recovering from his blood loss and finishing his treatment for TB. His wife and children will be joining him in Gulu, N. Uganda, where a home has been rented for them for Feb & March. We are hoping they will be able to move back to South Sudan afterward to resume the outreaches there. Pr Billy, our E. Uganda coordinator, was diagnosed with kidney problems and is receiving treatment. Please keep all of these and their families in your prayers. The generators to replace one in the DRCongo and to go with the new sound and video system for our new coordinator in Kayunga, Uganda have been purchased. Pr Martin will be attending a pastor’s conference in Kayunga the first of February and taking them the new equipment. We are excited about the expanding of the kingdom through the use of this equipment in these communities.
