A beautiful day for the kids getting together. Thanks to Brad & Jennifer for helping the kids start the morning with a little ping pong golf. After their little “tournament”, the kids smashed a lot of cans and little Annabelle was the chief “scooper” getting two large bags filled that will be sent to recycle. Along with the cans, the kids also have the bullet to within 6” of the top filled with their pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters to help meet the needs of vulnerable children in Africa. Jennifer shared a message about faith and had the kids all paint and make their own “faith rocks”. Thanks to all the adults that come to help out and encourage the children. Always ajoy to finish the afternoon with hula hoops, hot wheel racing and the bean bag toss. Everyone is excited for the Thousand Trails campground field trip tomorrow afternoon and to meet some of the kids that aren‘t normally able to attend the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.
