As well as the variety of outreach we have in our local community in Skagit Valley where we are witnessing salvations, healings and deliverances, we are also blessed to be partnered with brothers and sisters that are serving their communities in countries that are very different than ours and who face different kinds of trials because of those differences. Persecution is many times part of their reward, serving many times where there is conflict, violence, poverty and sickness. Many times with little food, no clean water, no hospitals and no power. We are blessed to be able to partner with them in prayer and financial support.
We provide equipment and financial support for Harvest Vision in Mexico and Africa, with coordinators in San Luis in Mexico and in Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan and the eastern DRCongo in Central Africa that make sound and video equipment available to different church families and denominations for evangelism. The Africa outreach schedule list over 1,900 outreaches that have witnessed over 200,000 people come to salvation and that are now being discipled in church families in their community. Over 140 missions have been made from Washington to Mexico and many salvations, deliverances and healings are taking place through the work of the ministry there. The ministry supports existing church families and help them to start new church families. We also have church families that have been planted as part of Harvest Vision Ministries Africa. We help provide Biblical teaching for pastors and leaders and whenever possible we help these leaders with sustainability projects that help them meet their practical needs while they serve the Lord in their various ministries. We are also involved, whenever possible, in helping with projects that these leaders have started to help meet the practical needs of their communities including health, education and economically.
We are currently needing support to purchase a truck to help meet the needs of the ministry in Mexico (~$600-800 more needed) and $1,200 to finish the walls of a new fellowship center that is being built next to the mission home. We are in need of the finances for sustainability projects for four of our coordinators in Africa that will help them meet their basic needs of rent and food since they spend almost all their time supporting outreaches. We need $1,100 to support a poultry project for Prossy in N. Uganda, $1,200 to purchase a motorbike for Christopher in NW Uganda, $960 to support a salon project for Pr Simon's wife in N. Kenya and ~$500 to purchase a chainsaw for Pr John in South Sudan.
If you would like to help, donations can be mailed to Harvest Vision Ministries, PO Box 733, Sedro Woolley, WA, 98284 or donations can be made electronically through the website: www.harvestvisionministries.org.Besides these ongoing projects, we are also prayerfully believing for those that might choose to be monthly partners to support the on-going needs that sustain the existing ministry and outreaches.
