What a blessing to be able to stand with these co-laborers in the Africa harvest fields. We are so grateful for the dedication and faithfulness of these brothers and sisters that have been called to face difficult circumstances and often persecution to bring the gospel to these communities. We know they are blessed by the healings, deliverances and most of all the salvations that they witness on a regular basis. They are also involved in helping strengthen existing church families, plant new ones and teach leaders so that these new believers can truly become disciples of Jesus Christ. They share these testimonies with each other on a regular basis and it has a significant influence on keeping them encouraged and focused. It is the same here in our community where we share about the many ways God is drawing people to Himself for salvation, healing and deliverance.
Part of what makes these outreaches possible is the prayers and support of ministry partners in the USA that provide and maintain the sound and video equipment and the financial support for these outreaches. God's Word says: "The share of the man who stayed with the supplies is to be the same as that of him who went down to the battle. All will share alike.' David made this statute and ordinance for Israel from that day to this." (1 Samuel 30:24-25)
It is with great joy that we share that in the first 3 months of this year, these coordinators with the equipment supported 84 outreaches where they witnessed not only healings and deliverances, but 9,121 accept Jesus and be born again. Many are already baptized and being discipled in their local church family. We know that many others are coming to salvation, locally and in Mexico and Africa through the work of local church fellowships and ministries and we are all encouraged as we share these testimonies amongst the fellowship in our community and we rejoice in them all.
Jesus said, "I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent." Luke 15:7
