USA – Skagit Valley reaching out, Dec 3, 2016

It is always a blessing to witness many people reaching out to share the love of Jesus in so many different ways. We are blessed knowing that Pr Martin will be arriving in Africa today with ministry supplies to support and encourage our co-laborers there. Thanks to those that helped finish the Harvest Kids projects – ABC blocks and games – for the Christmas mission team to take to Mexico. We picked up clothes, sewing supplies & toys from The King’s Storehouse ministry in Ferndale Saturday that will be given to the homeless here in Skagit Valley, the Labor of Love & Set Free ministries in Elma, WA and to Mexico. Thanks to everyone that supported the fundraiser to support the Mexico Christmas mission team at the Christmas parade in Sedro Woolley. We were blessed to have the judges for the parade use the worship trailer during the event. George is leaving for Mexico on Monday, Dec 5th, and will be joined by Wayne on Friday, Dec 9th. They will be with Miguel, Olivia and our co-laborers in San Luis, Mexico to work on the new fellowship center being built to serve the neighborhood and community there. We are also praying that many will respond to help at the Cold Weather shelter at the New Life at the Well church in Mt. Vernon because we could see the temperatures drop to 25 degrees this next week. This outreach provides a warm meal and place to stay for the homeless to stay during the cold weather.
